Black Box Fire & Security provides maintenance and monitoring options that give peace of mind 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Maintenance Service

Systems that are regularly maintained minimise unnecessary callouts as potential problems can be detected during the maintenance inspection. All security systems that are monitored must be covered by an ongoing preventative maintenance agreement in line with both the Police ACPOS Policy and the requirements of the insurance industry (ABI).

 

Monitoring Service

Monitored systems provide 24-hour remote monitoring, 365 days a year. An approved Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) will facilitate Police, Fire Brigade and keyholder response in the event of activation. Remote monitoring is also available for CCTV.
